Eligible customers may schedule up to three bulk collections per year under the current on-demand program.
Have separated eligible items ready by 5:30 a.m. on the confirmed date and keep piles at least five feet from carts, mailboxes, vehicles, and utilities.

Austin treats brush and bulk as separate on-demand services. Tree limbs and yard material should not be mixed into a bulky-item appointment.

Accepted examples
Furniture, doors, prepared appliances, carpet, pallets, nail-free lumber, lawn equipment with fluids removed, and up to eight passenger tires without rims.
Not accepted
Household hazardous waste, household trash, mirrors or loose glass, brush, cardboard, auto bodies, and contractor or remodeling debris.

If collection falls on one of these holidays—or later in the same week—it moves one day later. Weekend holidays do not cause a slide.
