These terms explain how to use TrashDayFinder, an independent information website. We do not collect waste, take pickup payments, or make appointments on your behalf.

Using the information

TrashDayFinder summarizes public information for convenience. Collection schedules, eligibility, prices, material limits, and service boundaries can change. Confirm the current answer with the provider responsible for your address.

Do not place items on public property based only on this website. Unscheduled or prohibited set-outs can result in missed collection, fees, or local enforcement.

Search results and planning tools

A city or ZIP search helps you find a guide. It does not verify your service boundary, account eligibility, or collection day. Calculators produce estimates from the information you enter; they do not reserve appointments, issue permits, or approve an item for pickup. See our Disclaimer for these limits.

Bookings and other websites

You arrange a collection directly with the city, hauler, or other provider. Their prices, availability, cancellation terms, and privacy policies apply to that service. Questions about a booking, payment, refund, or missed collection must go to that provider.

Advertising and affiliate links

Labeled affiliate links may earn us a commission when you book a paid service, at no extra cost to you. Advertising may also fund the site. Neither an advertisement nor a link means that a city endorses the provider or guarantees its work. Paid pickup is optional.

Responsible use

Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious material, or misrepresent yourself as TrashDayFinder or an official service. You may link to our guides. Do not republish our original guides or tools as your own; linked source material remains subject to its owner's terms.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the guides useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every detail will remain current. Collection decisions belong to the responsible provider. These terms do not exclude any rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
