Cleveland provides weekly trash collection to city-serviced single-family homes and residential buildings with up to four units. Carts must be ready by 6 a.m.
Eligible city-serviced households can opt into weekly curbside recycling. Paper, cardboard, glass, metal cans, and plastic bottles go loose in the blue cart.
