Cleveland provides weekly trash collection to eligible City serviced homes and residential buildings with up to four units. Place carts by 6 a.m. with all ordinary waste contained inside.
Eligible households can opt into weekly curbside recycling. Place clean accepted paper, cardboard, glass, metal cans, and plastic bottles loose in the blue cart.
