Sacramento schedules household junk from February through October. Book through Sac311, separate junk from yard material, and wait for the confirmed date before using the street setout area.
The allowance applies to eligible homes served by the City.
That is the City's published four cubic yard limit.
Place the pile no earlier than 24 hours before the confirmed date.
Keep the pile clear of vehicles and other obstacles.

Two additional appointments cover appliances and electronics
The appliance and electronic waste program is separate from household junk. It remains available throughout the year and does not use either of the two junk appointments.
These appointments are separate from the household junk allowance.
List each appliance when making the request.
Electronic waste uses the same separate appointment program.
The program does not collect small electronic items below the threshold.

Household junk is limited to two appointments each year and a 4 by 4 by 9 foot pile. The separate appliance program allows two appointments, with up to two appliances or four electronic waste items each time.
Place the confirmed pile in the street no earlier than 24 hours before collection and have it ready by 6 a.m. Keep six feet of clearance and separate household junk from yard material.
