What is NOT accepted

Building materials are not collected. Hide-a-beds and recliners are not accepted on garbage day, only on recycling week. Couches six feet or longer are not accepted. Waterlogged or frozen mattresses cannot be collected for recycling. Items not marked “For Solid Waste” may not be collected. Homes without City collection service, including those with dumpsters or private-hauler carts, are not eligible for this program.
