How often can you schedule pickup? Limits in Ontario
Single-family residents receive four (4) free appointments per calendar year, with each pickup limited to five (5) large items. Additional pickups are available for a fee ($57.00 for up to 5 items).
Where to place items for pickup in Ontario
Items must be placed curbside by 6:00 AM on the scheduled collection day (typically the resident’s normal trash day). Service requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM the business day prior to the collection day.
